Terms of Service

Last updated 13 October 2026

Please read these terms carefully. They are a legally binding agreement between you and Meridian Interface Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Adnetic. By creating an account, buying a plan or credits, or using the Service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

2. A service for business

Adnetic is built for businesses, marketers and agencies making advertising. If you are a Business Customer, these terms apply in full. If you are a Consumer, you also have rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) that these terms cannot take away; where any term conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights win.

3. Your account

4. Plans, credits and payment

5. Changes to prices and the Service

6. Cancelling. No refunds

7. What AI Output is, and is not

8. Your Content and Custom Actors

You promise (warrant) that, for all of Your Content:

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and transmit Your Content and Output, and to pass them to our AI Providers, only as needed to run and improve the reliability of the Service for you, comply with law and enforce these terms. We do not use Your Content or Output to train AI models.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service, or any Output, to:

10. Advertising law and labelling AI

You are the advertiser. You are solely responsible for every ad you publish using Output and every claim in it, and for complying with all laws, codes and platform rules that apply to it, including the UK CAP and BCAP Codes, consumer protection law, the US FTC Act and FTC guides on endorsements, and the rules of TikTok, Meta, YouTube and other platforms. You must label Output as AI-generated wherever a law, code or platform requires it, and must not remove or hide any such label.

11. Ownership

12. Complaints and takedowns

If you believe content made with Adnetic uses your likeness, infringes your rights or breaks the law, tell us through our contact form with enough detail for us to find it. We review reports promptly and may remove content, suspend accounts and keep records. We may report illegal content to the authorities.

13. Suspension and termination

14. Availability and third-party services

We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or that a video will be ready within a set time. The Service relies on third parties (including Stripe, Clerk, our hosting and database providers, and our AI Providers) and we are not responsible for their failures. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and conditions not set out in these terms, including implied terms about quality and fitness for a particular purpose (this does not apply to Consumers’ statutory rights).

15. Our liability to you

16. Your responsibility to us (indemnity)

If you are a Business Customer, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Meridian Interface Ltd, its directors, staff and providers from and against all claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, the ads or other material you publish using Output, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or third party’s rights. We will tell you about any such claim, and you may not settle it in a way that admits fault on our behalf without our written consent.

17. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including the failure or withdrawal of an AI Provider or other supplier, internet or hosting outages, cyber attacks, changes in law, or industrial action.

18. General

19. Law and courts

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a Consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
